London provides a platform for one of the safest and strongest investments in property with average yields as high as 5.5%. It is a fact that 75% of companies, from the Fortune 500, are based in London. For the year 2011, commercial and residential rents have continued to grow. The UK has also invested a lot in London infrastructure as it prepares itself for the London 2012 Olympics. It is estimated that price of real estate will continue to grow strongly for this year and there are no signs of it slowing down in the future. As uncertainty looms over the fate of the European Union many businesses have moved from Europe to UK (mainly London). No wonder London is called the ‘Financial Hub of the World’.
